GRANTS · TENDERS · INVESTORS — EU, US, UK
The smart radar for grants, tenders and investors across the EU, US and UK.
Scalebiz extracts eligibility conditions from call notices, checks the core ones — country, legal form, registration, turnover and team size — against your profile, and flags each opportunity as core conditions met or needing a manual check.
…safeguard the Union’s strategic assets, interests, autonomy, or security, participation is limited to legal entities established in Member States, Norway and Iceland.
One won call pays for decades of Scalebiz.
Inside costs €468 a year. A single small contract of €25,000 covers 53 years of it. We charge no success fee, so everything you win stays yours.

OPEN TENDERS, GRANTS AND INVESTORS FROM THE OFFICIAL PORTALS · RE-CHECKED DAILY
Nine answers. We check the core conditions of every open call we have read against them, and show the ones that fit.
Why is finding funding this hard?
Six registries, six formats, and the sentence that decides is in an annex.
Six portals, six formats
TED, SAM.gov and Find a Tender for contracts; the EU portal, Grants.gov and UKRI for grants. Six formats, six deadline rules, six update cycles.
Summaries that skip the annex
The sentence that decides who can apply sits in an annex, not in the title. A summary that leaves it out costs you the weeks you spend writing.
Rules written for administrators
Horizon Europe, 2 CFR 200 and the FAR run to hundreds of pages each. Whether a cost is allowed stays guesswork until someone reads the paragraph.
Ten minutes of profile. Every call checked after that.
You describe the company once. Scalebiz reads, checks and reminds.
Describe your company once
Country, legal form, size, turnover, the areas you work in and up to three keywords. Ten minutes, reused for every call.
See what fits
Open calls are checked against the profile. Each one carries a label: core conditions met, needs a manual check, or a core condition not met.
Read the condition, not the summary
The country condition is quoted from the call. The source document is one click away, so you decide on the original text.
“In order to achieve the expected outcomes, and safeguard the Union’s strategic assets, interests, autonomy, or security, participation is limited to legal entities established in Member States, Norway and Iceland.”

Fewer calls to read. The right ones, with the sentence that decides.
Decision support, not another list of links.
Smart radar and hard filter
Core conditions are checked by rule. Calls that fail one are shown as not met, so you know before you read.

Compare view

Digest and deadline reminders
New matches and changes to calls you follow, with reminders before a call closes.
An assistant grounded in official documents
Ask about a programme and get an answer from its own documentation, with the section it came from.
Every night, the full text is read against what you do.
The rules check the core conditions. Then a language model reads the full notice of the top 100 calls on your list against what you supply and what you don’t do: once right after you fill in what you supply, and every night after that. It gives one of three answers, with its reason in one sentence. The opportunity email sends only the calls it read as a fit; the ones it read as not a fit move below your list.
It is not always right at first. Under each match you can answer Good fit or Not for us, with a reason; the next reads take your latest answers into account.
Five kinds of money, checked against one profile
Grants, tenders, investors, subsidised debt and guarantees, so a grant can be weighed against a loan. In the app they sit in three streams: grants, tenders, and investors and banks.
Scalebiz is an independent service. It reads publicly published data from these registries and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.

Who can apply, in the funder’s own words
The country condition is quoted from the call, not paraphrased. You read the sentence that decides, with a link to the document it sits in.
Core conditions against your company
Country, legal form, registration, turnover and team size are checked against your profile. Each opportunity is flagged as core conditions met or needing a manual check.

The rules, read for you
Cost rules and procurement thresholds, each quoted from the regulation and re-checked against the source. The same guides AI search engines cite when they answer these questions.
“MTDC excludes equipment, capital expenditures … and the portion of each subaward in excess of $50,000”
What goes into the indirect cost base and what stays out, with the subaward cut-off.“equals or exceeds the lesser of the capitalization level established by the recipient or subrecipient … or $10,000”
Why your own capitalisation policy, not the federal figure, often decides the line.“They should include gross salary, employer’s National Insurance (NI), company pension contribution, life insurance and other non-discretionary package costs”
Seven cost categories, the overhead options and the items that do not belong in them.Certified cost or pricing data are required before awarding a negotiated contract, a subcontract or a modification expected to exceed the threshold at FAR 15.403-4(a)(1), unless an exception at FAR 15.403-1(b) applies.
When the requirement applies, the threshold that triggers it, and the exceptions.“informal procurement methods (for micro-purchases and simplified acquisitions); formal procurement methods (through sealed bids or proposals); and noncompetitive procurement methods”
Micro-purchase, simplified acquisition, sealed bids and proposals, and when each applies.“expends $1,000,000 or more during the non-Federal entity’s fiscal year in Federal awards”
The threshold, what counts toward it, and what an audit covers.
“I built Scalebiz because I was tired of re-reading the same funding rules for every application. Now it reads them for me, and shows me the sentence that decides.”
