We think funding decisions deserve better information
Scalebiz exists because funding in the EU, US and UK is not scarce — it is scattered. Programmes are published across hundreds of portals in formats written for administrators. The cost lands on the businesses least able to absorb it.
Scalebiz exists to remove the cost of that scatter: to help companies stop losing weeks across fragmented sources and instead make deliberate, well-informed funding decisions.
Make relevant funding legible to every business that qualifies for it.
Three markets — EU, US and UK — covered properly rather than the world covered thinly.
Software subscription only. No commission on funding you secure.
How we work
How is a Scalebiz answer produced?
Every criterion Scalebiz shows is read from the publisher's own document — TED, SAM.gov, Find a Tender, SEDIA, Grants.gov or UKRI — normalised into structured fields, compared against the business profile by deterministic SQL, and shown with the clause it came from. See how the matching engine decides eligibility.
Who operates Scalebiz?
These details are published so you know who is responsible for your data and who to write to. The same details appear in the terms of service and the privacy policy.
Where the data comes from
| Source | Market | Type | Open | Last checked | Schedule |

Seven-day trend
What we do not cover
- Municipal procurement below the national publication threshold, which never reaches TED or Find a Tender.
- Private foundations and corporate grant programmes that do not publish through an official portal.
- Calls open only to public bodies, universities or registered charities, unless your profile says you are one.
Counts are read from our own database when this page opens. If a source has not been re-checked within its schedule, its indicator turns amber and the date beside it says when it last was.
