How is eligibility decided?
Eligibility is decided by rule, not by resemblance. Each programme's criteria are normalised into structured fields — sector, size, age, location, spend, purpose — and compared against the business profile by a deterministic SQL engine, never a generative guess. A hard blocker such as headcount or legal form excludes the call outright; softer signals only change where it ranks. Criteria are read from the publishers themselves: TED, SAM.gov, Find a Tender, SEDIA, Grants.gov and UKRI.

What is Writing assistance, and what does it do?
Writing assistance is a second Scalebiz product, in development, that shortens the work of writing an application you are already writing yourself. The costly parts of that work are breaking the call document down, retyping the same company facts for every call, and keeping the scoring criteria in one PDF while the draft sits in another. Writing assistance is built to shorten those parts, not to take the writing over.
